Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Starts and removes IVs. Monitors vital signs during recovery period. Checks equipment to ensure operational status. Assists in preparing and organizing ECT treatment area. Report unsafe conditions. Provides age-specific communication, limit setting and interventions. Provides health education to patients and their families. Interact with patients and staff in professional manner, promotes teamwork and demonstrates Service Excellence Attend mandatory staff meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Licensed by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas (or licensed in a compact state). Proficient IV insertion. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
