The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, cosmetic procedures, and client care, with a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through advanced aesthetic treatments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical expertise with cosmetic artistry in a professional, welcoming environment. The successful applicant will deliver exceptional guest services while maintaining the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and professionalism. Duties Perform injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers with precision and adherence to safety protocols. Assist in administering esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, hair threading, and other cosmetic procedures. Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and recommend suitable skincare solutions. Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized according to health regulations. Manage patient records accurately using salon or medical spa software such as Millennium or
MINDBODY
systems. Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and facilitating a seamless guest experience. Engage in social media management and product demos to promote services and build client loyalty. Collaborate with team members on retail sales initiatives, upselling treatments, and product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications Valid LPN license with current registration; prior experience in medical aesthetics or med spa settings is highly preferred. Certification or training in cosmetic injectables such as Botox or dermal fillers is required. Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, nail care, hair styling, eyelash extensions, and tattooing is advantageous. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients and foster positive relationships. Familiarity with salon or medical spa software including Millennium or
MINDBODY
systems for scheduling and record keeping. Experience with social media management, retail sales, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety while delivering superior guest services.
