Role:
Longview Spine & Sports Medicine is seeking a Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our innovative Medical & Integrated team. Our mission is to restore function, reduce pain, and improve the quality of life for our patients through collaborative care and cutting-edge therapies. We are a non-surgical, non-opioid facility that focuses on treating the root cause of musculoskeletal dysfunction using functional rehabilitation, regenerative medicine, and a team-based approach. We are specifically looking for a provider with prior experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) who is comfortable and confident in administering various types of injections, including trigger point and joint injections . As part of our collaborative team, the FNP or PA will play a key role in managing patient care plans, conducting orthopedic testing, and delivering advanced treatment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient re-evaluations Perform orthopedic and functional testing Administer joint injections and trigger point injections Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Accurately document all care in our EHR system Educate patients on treatment goals, home care, and long-term wellness
Requirements:
