Essential Functions:
Under the direction of the RN, participate in planning and implementing specialized procedures and duties that assist in meeting the nursing care needs of the patient in accordance with agency policies Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care Prepare equipment and materials for treatments, observing aseptic technique as required Assist the patient in learning appropriate self-care techniques. Complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner Provide care utilizing infection control measures that protect both staff and patient Provide effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals Monitor assigned cases to ensure compliance with requirements of third party payor Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency Promote Agency philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care
Experience Needed:
LPN/LVN License (Required) Live in the approximate area specified in the job posting (Required) Prior experience as an LVN (Required) HomeCare HomeBase experience (Preferred) Aviator Home Health provides full time employees benefits including: Paid Time Off Medical Insurance with Opportunity for HSA Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K after 12 months of employment Supplementary Benefits Complementary $25k of Basic Life and AD&D Supplemental Group Life and AD&D for Spouse and Children Mileage Reimbursement Salary is based on many factors including but not limited to education, experience and location. Clinicians are in complete control of their earning potential. Once you meet your quota, you earn an additional $15 plus your regular rate as a bonus.
