  • We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing home care to patients in various healthcare settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being. ## Responsibilities
  • Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs
  • Assist with medical procedures such as wound care and injections
  • Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems
  • Provide patient education on health conditions and treatments
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean environment
  • Provide compassionate care in various settings including outpatient clinics, hospice care, and Level I Trauma Centers ## Requirements
  • Valid LPN license in the state of practice
  • Proficiency in medication administration and pain management
  • Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation
  • Experience in medical records management and electronic health record systems
  • Ability to provide care for patients across the lifespan, including toddlers and adults
  • Familiarity with inhalation therapy techniques
