- We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing home care to patients in various healthcare settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being. ## Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with medical procedures such as wound care and injections
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems
- Provide patient education on health conditions and treatments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean environment
- Provide compassionate care in various settings including outpatient clinics, hospice care, and Level I Trauma Centers ## Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Proficiency in medication administration and pain management
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation
- Experience in medical records management and electronic health record systems
- Ability to provide care for patients across the lifespan, including toddlers and adults
- Familiarity with inhalation therapy techniques
