Licensed Vocational Nurse Heart Light Pediatric Home Health Agency LLC Richardson, TX Job Details Part-time | Full-time $25 - $31 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications LVN BLS Certification Care plan implementation Full Job Description Overview The Licensed Vocational (LVN) provides direct skilled nursing care to pediatric patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with the Plan of Care and regulatory requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide direct pediatric nursing care under RN supervision Perform tracheostomy care, suctioning, and enteral feeding Administer medications as ordered Monitor and document patient status Report changes in condition to the RN and physician Maintain infection control and safety standards Participate in skills validation and competency assessments Qualifications Current, unencumbered LVN license Pediatric or home health experience preferred Current BLS certification Ability to follow care plans and work under supervision Physical Requirements Ability to lift, move, or transfer up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, reach, and assist patients as required
