Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness. Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in patient care planning and contribute to team meetings. Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients and staff.

Requirements:

Valid Texas LVN license and current CPR certification. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach. Basic computer skills for documentation and communication. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of medical terminology and best practices in patient care.
