Licensed Vocational Nurse Full Time Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our wellness team. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being under the supervision of the practice manager and physicians. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment while advancing your career. The ideal candidate will have medical office experience, must be able to multi task and handle numerous patient inquiries daily, be a self starter. Must know how to order, interpret and draw blood for labs, take vitals, perform EKG, call in prescriptions, refills and take medical histories. Follow office protocols supports patient care delivery by helping health care providers during examinations; preparing laboratory specimens and performing basic laboratory tests on the premises.

Skill Required:

Excellent communication skills, team player, venipuncture, computer proficiency in e-mail, Word, and Excel a must. Knowledge of eClinicalsWorks is a plus! Clinical skills creating a safe and effective environment. Health promotion and maintenance, procedural skills and documentation skills. Current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas. 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred). CPR/BLS certification (required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Previous experience in wellness practice/functional medicine is a plus.
