UT Health Tyler is the flagship hospital of the system serving hundreds of thousands annually. Specializing in advanced acute care medicine, our midtown location boasts a Level 1 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center, the region's only EMCO program and a Level
III NICU.
Our medical staff includes more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. Responsibilities As a LVN/LPN at UTHET, you are expected to be a competent clinician. You are experienced, knowledgeable and skilled in Orthopedics. You will be responsible for providing technical and human assistance under the direction of licensed personnel to provide care for a defined group of patients to achieve quality patient outcomes.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
Graduate of accredited school of nursing
Current Texas Licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
