Full time | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm How you'll make an impact in this role: Deliver high-quality care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and well-being within your professional scope. Administer medications and treatments safely, diligently monitoring patients for any adverse reactions to ensure their recovery stays on track. Conduct essential laboratory tests and therapeutic services, providing the precise data our medical team needs to make accurate, timely clinical decisions. Empower patients and families through education, guiding them on disease management, holistic health needs, available resources, and self-care plans to ensure a successful recovery after discharge. Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program permit (GVN) obtained prior to start date or job transfer date is required-OR-Temporary or Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license to practice in the state of Texas is required or must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date-OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition through the Nurse Licensure Compact is required or must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
