Every day of the week, 12 hour shifts days and nights, 7-7 We are looking for an RN or LPN who is interested in the following: Medication set up and oversight Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of Care Provide in home assessments Monitor and track changes in the clients conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed Collaborate with client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns Weekdays include going to school with client Total personal cares Benefits We Offer to
