DAY 1 PT NOC SUPERVISOR/2YRS EXPERIENCE
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including urgent care, outpatient facilities, and schools. As an RN/LPN, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients' health and well-being while working collaboratively with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals. Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Assist in the assessment of patients' health status through physical examinations. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient encounter. Provide care for patients with infectious diseases, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Support patients with medical-surgical needs by preparing them for procedures and assisting during recovery. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care. Experience Candidates should have a valid RN/LPN license and demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to effectively assess patient needs. Experience in urgent care settings or outpatient facilities is preferred. Familiarity with medical records management systems. Strong understanding of infectious disease care protocols. Ability to provide compassionate care to diverse patient populations.
