Days/Nights Role & Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatment accurately for assigned residents, following physician orders and clinical guidelines. Consult with physicians; receives, records and implements orders and schedules appointments, ensuring proper coordination of care. Document residents' health changes via acute care nurse's notes and shift change nursing reports, maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Formulate plans of care for new residents and prepares all required reports and documentation in accordance with facility requirements. Conduct daily rounds; observing and evaluating the physical and emotional status of assigned residents and taking necessary actions to ensure their health and well-being.
