Full-Time | Non-Exempt Reports to: Registered Nurse Make a Meaningful Impact Every Day At CRi, we believe everyone deserves to live a life they value . As an LPN in our ICF (Intermediate Care Facility) program, you'll work with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and complex medical needs ensuring they receive compassionate, safe, and high-quality healthcare in a home-like setting. You'll be at the heart of our care model supporting not just the medical needs of those we serve but also mentoring staff, helping families, and building a culture of dignity and respect. What You'll Be Doing Oversee and ensure safe medication administration procedures and inventory across the program Coordinate medical appointments, telehealth visits, follow-ups, and documentation Support and educate staff, clients, and families on health, medications, and safety best practices Participate in IDT (interdisciplinary team) meetings to develop personalized care plans Lead in-house health & safety trainings (lifting, infection control, med management, etc.) Keep families and guardians informed about medical updates and hospital visits Help manage medical supplies and equipment to ensure compliance and readiness Provide on-site support during weekend rotations (in person) What Makes You a Great Fit You are an active, licensed LPN in Virginia (or compact-eligible state) You've completed an accredited LPN program You have 2+ years of relevant nursing experience , ideally with I/DD populations You're passionate about person-centered care and helping others thrive You're comfortable with medication protocols, documentation, and hands-on support You value teamwork and clear communication You're willing to learn and grow — and help others do the same!
