Part-Time Patient Population:
Pediatric Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care in a home setting. The patient has Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy without associated genetic mutations with concentric left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). History of bronchiolitis with persistent tachypnea and increased work of breathing. G-tube dependence for nutrition and medications. Ongoing feeding and growth concerns with weight fluctuations. Possible diaphragmatic abnormality under evaluation. Key Responsibilities Administer enteral nutrition, medications, and hydration via G-tube. Perform routine assessments and closely monitor patient wellness. Engage with the patient to stimulate emotional development. Deliver attentive, compassionate personal care and companion support. Preferred Attributes An energetic, positive, and patient-centered attitude. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to follow family care protocols.
