to details (we mean it). You will make huge difference and you will see your impact immediately. Home care is for long term relationship and you can watch the patient's growth. This pediatric trach/vent case is in Fairfax, Virginia with a very supportive and knowledgeable family. ✔ Well-structured management. ✔ Replicable care procedures with established protocols. ✔ Highly supportive, knowledgeable family taking care of the case for 16 years. ✔ Clean, organized, well-equiped care environment. ✔ Digitalized nursing notes/log system with PW protected individual nurse webpage. ✔ 1:1 long term care, simple work relationship, no facility chaos, no bureaucracy. Trach and ventilator care are part of this role. While these tasks are often handled by respiratory therapists in hospital settings, they are well-defined and manageable in home care with proper training and protocols . Qualified candidate should be willing to learn and master all trach/vent care skills, including a strictly sterile procedure of tracheostomy tube/tie/dressing change and ventilator circuit change. Premium pay rate will be offered to outstanding nurses with the right mindset and talents. No prior experience required but preferred. Ideal candidate will have strong visual learning capabilities to replicate care routines after watch the real demonstration and training videos as well as detailed explanation for protocols.
