Job Summary We are seeking more than dedicated and attentive nurse(s) to provide comprehensive care for a disabled adult in Front Royal, VA. The ideal candidates will possess strong nursing skills, physiology knowledge, and a compassionate approach to caregiving in a home setting. The ideal nurse must be confident, experienced, and comfortable managing multiple systems of care, including gastrointestinal conditions. Responsibilities Provide patient-centered pediatric care and ongoing health assessment Administer medications and prescribed treatments Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance Collaborate with families on health and safety needs Ensure a safe environment and monitor for changes in patient condition Skills Active LPN or RN licensure Home health nursing experience preferred Strong clinical knowledge of medication administration and documentation Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements Effective communication and collaboration with families and healthcare teams Ability to adapt in dynamic care environments while maintaining professionalism
