Shift Availability Flexible Per Diem Scheduling Day and Night Shifts Available Weekday and Weekend Opportunities Choose the shifts that work best for your schedule Key Responsibilities Administer medications according to physician orders and facility protocols. Monitor residents' health status, vital signs, and overall well-being. Document patient care accurately within the electronic medical record (EMR). Assist with treatments and nursing interventions. Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver quality patient care. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Virginia LPN license or Compact (NLC) license. Current BLS certification. One to two years of nursing experience preferred. Experience in long-term care, rehab, med-surg, behavioral health, or similar settings is welcomed. Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
