Waterview Health & Rehab is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team! LPN provide direct nursing care to our residents, work alongside a collaborative team, and help ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment. Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of VA New Grads must provide "ATT" or "letter to test" Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities. Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures. Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines. Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary. Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA). Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may start- as early as
