RN or LPN - Pediatric Home Care

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a 13-year-old female in her home in Greenville, VA. The patient is medically stable and cognitively on track, and she lives with her mother, who is her primary caregiver. Available Shifts:

Day Shift:

8:00 AM

• 4:00 PM Wednesday

• Sundays Night Shift:

  10:00 PM
• 6:00 AM (7 days per week) (Flexible scheduling options may be available; full-time hours, part-time, and PRN candidates encouraged to apply.

Patient Needs:

Ventilator dependent (tracheostomy care required) G-tube feeding and care Oxygen administration as needed Routine monitoring and nursing care Assistance with activities of daily living as needed

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting Monitor vital signs and patient status Manage ventilator and respiratory needs Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Perform G-tube feedings and care Maintain accurate documentation Communicate effectively with family and care team

Qualifications:

Current RN or LPN license in Virginia Pediatric and/or home health experience preferred Experience with ventilators, tracheostomy care, and G-tubes strongly preferred (training may be provided) Current in person CPR certificatio Current negative TB /Chest Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused
