Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled LPN or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care in an outpatient setting. Needs to be detailed oriented and able to multi-task. This position requires a compassionate individual who is committed to enhancing patient experiences and maintaining efficient clinical operations. Duties Answer phone calls from patients. Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures, including suture application and administering vaccines. Take and record vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation in patient records. Perform laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficient in outpatient care practices and procedures. Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology. Experience with laboratory procedures and equipment. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a very fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Attention to detail in documentation and patient care processes.
