The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent bedside manner, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Provide skilled wound care treatments in patients' homes Monitor and document wound healing progress Change dressings and administer treatments as ordered Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and infection prevention Communicate patient status changes to supervising RN or physician Maintain accurate and timely documentation Follow infection control and safety procedures Wound Vac experience is preferred Qualifications Current LPN license in Virginia Home health or wound care experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively CPR certification

Pay:

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
