Dominion Restoration & Recovery is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support adults receiving services within a Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit (RCSU) in Hampton Roads, Virginia. We are intentionally building a calm, structured, relationship-centered behavioral health environment focused on dignity, stabilization, safety, and compassionate care for individuals experiencing mental health crises. This role is ideal for someone who remains grounded under pressure, leads with professionalism and empathy, and values treating people with humanity during vulnerable moments. This is more than task-based nursing. Our team is focused on creating a trauma-informed environment where individuals feel safe, supported, respected, and seen while navigating crisis and stabilization.
Pay:
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
