Flexible Days/Extended Hours (Weekends Included) Position Overview We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient clinic setting at Branch Health Clinic, Boone. This is a mission-essential role supporting military healthcare operations in a structured, team-driven environment.Schedule & Work Hours Clinic Hours:
Monday- Sunday, 7:00 AM
- 7:00 PM Flexible scheduling based on clinic needs Weekend and holiday shifts may be required Clinic remains open on select federal holidays (MLK Day, Presidents Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day) No telework
- onsite clinical role only
Minimum Qualifications Education:
Graduate of a State Board-approved LPN/LVN program or equivalent military trainingExperience:
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in an outpatient, ambulatory, or acute care setting within the last 2 yearsLicensure:
Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license (any U.S. state/territory accepted)Certification:
Basic Life Support (BLS) requiredCitizenship:
Must be a U.S. Citizen Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care following established clinical protocols Triage patients, take vital signs, and document medical histories Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments Assist providers with exams, procedures, and diagnostic testing Monitor and document patient status, reporting any changes Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care instructions Support clinic workflow, patient throughput, and care coordination Work Environment & Expectations Fast-paced outpatient clinical setting Collaboration with physicians, RNs, and care teams Use of electronic health records and clinical systems Mission-essential role supporting military readiness Why Join Us?
