Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents Administer medications, treatments, and wound care Supervise CNAs and Medication Aides/Technicians Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing Maintain accurate documentation and resident records Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations Support residents, families, and team members with professionalism and compassion Participate in staff training and continuing education Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care Why Join Tall Oaks?
