Job details:

$40.00 hourly rate FULL-TIME or

PART TIME

with every other weekend PRNs are welcome 12-hour shifts: 7:00AM - 7:00PM; 7:00PM-7:00

LPN:

Currently licensed as an LPN (State of Virginia or multi/compact) Certification program completed as an

LPN CPR/BLS

certification Knowledgeable with PCC or Point Click Care system Requirements to

Resume 1 Valid ID (either Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs) Social Security card LPN license and registration (State of Virginia) Voided Check/Direct Deposit from the bank - for payroll 2 reference letters / references to call Covid Vaccination Card / Exemption

BLS/ CPR TB
