Office experience preferred. EMR experience required. Excellent customer service, good organizational skills and warm, professional attitude are a must. We seek a well rounded professional with a strong and stable work history and ability to work independently. The successful candidate must communicate effectively and professionally with patients, physicians, and coworkers. We take pride in providing excellent care to our patients. We enjoy low employee turnover and require no week-ends, nights or call. Shifts range from 8-10 hours, 3 days per week. Position requirements:
Active, unrestricted
VA RN/LPN
license Detail oriented EMR proficient Professional demeanor Excellent work ethic and attendance Professional references (3) No criminal background Key Duties Include Prep charts - preload and update patient chart into EMR Take and record vital signs and medical history Document patient communication in EMR Assist physician with procedures, surgeries and post-op wound care Assist physician during routine exams Provide patient education Answer patient phone calls Triage patients as indicated Clean and sterilize instruments Sanitize rooms between patients Maximize patient flow during clinic Perform clinical and administrative tasks are directed Adhere to infection control, safety and confidentiality policies Notify patient of test results per practice protocol Complete patient forms (disability, FMLA, insurance, etc)
