Develops the plan of care, collaborates with the physician in development of the plan of treatment, and supervises services provided in the client's home by licensed practical and registered nurses.
Education:
Required:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Experience:
Required:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience (one (1) year must be in high-acuity pediatric care in a hospital, home care agency, or residential setting
Preferred:
One (1) year of home care experience

Supervisory experience
