Job Description

LPN/RN Home Health Saturday & Sundays 8:30am-11:30pm Stafford, VA 22554 $35
  • $53 an hour
  • Part-time $35
  • $53 an hour
  • Part-time 1st Americare is seeking an LPN or RN to work with our client in the Stafford area.
Candidate with Gtube experience is preferred The schedule for this case will be: Saturday & Sundays 8:30am-11:30pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust care plans accordingly
  • Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely
