Job Description

1st Americare is seeking an LPN to work with our client in the Vienna area. Candidate with Gtube, Vent, & Trach experience. Must be able to work Saturdays. The schedule for this case will be: Every other Saturday 7am-7pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust care plans accordingly
  • Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely
