We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care within diverse clinical settings, including hospital medicine, emergency medicine, and post-acute care. This role offers an opportunity to deliver exceptional nursing services in a compassionate environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents through expert assessment, medication administration, and comprehensive patient care. Perform detailed patient assessments, including vital signs, physiology, and anatomy evaluations, to develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and injections accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems for precise medical record keeping and documentation. Conduct venipuncture and IV insertions with proficiency, ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures. Monitor patient progress in inpatient, outpatient, or sub-acute care settings, adjusting care plans as necessary based on clinical findings. Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, including basic life support (BLS), infection control practices, and confidentiality standards under HIPAA. Provide education to patients and families regarding medication administration, health management strategies, and discharge instructions. We have multiple positions available at the facility
