Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Rutland Center for Living and Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Your responsibilities will include:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Conducting vital signs and monitoring patient conditions Providing wound care and ostomy management Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Reporting changes in patient condition to the registered nurse or other healthcare professionals Participating in quality improvement initiatives and maintaining accurate and timely records
