This role involves supporting residents with daily healthcare needs while ensuring quality care and accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and monitor patient conditions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Maintain accurate patient documentation and records Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Support long-term care and rehabilitation patient needs Ensure compliance with nursing standards and facility policies Requirements Active LPN License Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Additional Information 40 guaranteed hours per week
