Variable, 12 hour shifts Position Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an incredible opportunity to expand your role in health care through providing quality care focused on the comfort and well-being of patients and families. As an LPN at MultiCare you will work in collaboration with your team ensure the best possible outcomes and patient experiences. Responsibilities You will provide age-appropriate care utilizing nursing education and knowledge of normal states of growth, development, and aging You will deliver and execute upon daily routine care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups utilizing your strong interpersonal skills You will assist the Registered Nurse or care team in implementing the nursing process Requirements Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS) Current BLS certification License to pass medications may be required Previous LPN experience in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred Experience in assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty focused residency post hire Successful completion of appropriate competencies for assigned specialty About Auburn Medical Center MultiCare Auburn Medical Center, serving South King County since 1921, is a 195-bed hospital with 58 behavioral health beds, a Family Birth Center, Level II NICU, Level III Trauma Center, MultiCare Regional Heart & Vascular Center, and advanced surgical services including robotic-assisted procedures. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $29.39

59 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
