Your Role Provide skilled nursing care such as wound care, catheter care, medication administration, and symptom management Conduct skilled observation, assessment, and evaluation Deliver patient and caregiver education and support Collaborate with healthcare providers for cohesive, quality care On-call rotations required Requirements Washington LPN license (current and in good standing) Home Health or Hospice experience preferred—but not required! Current BLS certification (AHA) Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation The employer for this position is stated in the job posting.
