Category Schools - LPN Nurse Job Type Contract A specialized Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role is available for the 2026-27 school year, providing dedicated 1:1 nursing support to a first-grade student. This contract position is located in Centralia, WA, with work hours totaling 32.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized nursing care tailored to the health needs of a first-grade student. Monitor and manage any medical conditions or emergencies in a school setting. Collaborate effectively with teachers, school staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and supportive environment. Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards. Provide health education and guidance as needed to staff and students.Desired Qualifications:
Valid LPN/LVN license with current state certification. Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably within a school or educational environment. Strong communication skills to interact with students, families, and school personnel. Ability to handle sensitive health situations with discretion and professionalism. Familiarity with managing individualized healthcare plans (IHPs).Location:

Contract position for the 2026-27 academic year; approximately 32.5 hours per week supporting a 1st grade student. This opportunity allows an LPN to make a meaningful impact on a young student's educational experience by providing crucial health services in a supportive school setting.
