This contract position is located in Centralia, WA, with work hours totaling 32.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized nursing care tailored to the health needs of a first-grade student. Monitor and manage any medical conditions or emergencies in a school setting. Collaborate effectively with teachers, school staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and supportive environment. Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards. Provide health education and guidance as needed to staff and students.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid LPN/LVN license with current state certification. Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably within a school or educational environment. Strong communication skills to interact with students, families, and school personnel. Ability to handle sensitive health situations with discretion and professionalism. Familiarity with managing individualized healthcare plans (IHPs).
