PRN LPN/RN
Opportunity - Colville Health & Rehabilitation (Colville, WA) Join the team at Colville Health & Rehabilitation of Cascadia, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center providing 24-hour nursing care, rehabilitation, and long-term care services. We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to pick up PRN shifts and support quality resident care in a collaborative healthcare environment. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient assessments, care planning, documentation, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams. Flexible PRN scheduling is available, and mileage reimbursement is offered for eligible travelers. Job Duties:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, medication administration, and monitoring of health status. Document resident care accurately and maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions, emergencies, and resident/family concerns while ensuring quality care. Support a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment while supervising and assisting nursing support staff as needed. Requirements /
Experience:
Current Washington State RN or LPN license in good standing, or a valid Compact Nursing License . Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification . Proof of a negative TB test/screening completed within the past 12 months . Minimum 3 months of recent nursing home, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience working under an active RN or LPN license. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay:
$48.00 - $55.00 per hour

Have you worked at least 3 months in either LTC, Skilled or Rehab setting within the last 3yrs under your RN or LPN license? Can you commute to Colville WA with mileage at least once every week?
