LPN | 1099 PRN | Paid Per Job - ZR_204_JOB Various Medical Equipment Providers Everett, WA Job Details PRN | Contract | Per diem $40 - $45 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Referral program Qualifications Home health care assistance DME In-home healthcare experience LPN Patient education Home health agency experience Full Job Description We are seeking an LPN to support patient setup and education for our AffloVest therapy program. This is a paid-per-completed-job independent contractor role (not hourly). You will provide in-home or mobile patient support for the AffloVest.
What You'll Do:
Complete AffloVest patient setups and education visits Ensure patients understand proper use and compliance Reinforce provider instructions and therapy goals Troubleshoot basic fit, comfort, and usage issues Document visit completion and patient status Coordinate with clinical teams as needed
Pay Structure:
Paid per completed visit / job assignment 1099 independent contractor (PRN) Flexible scheduling — accept jobs as available
Requirements:
Active LPN license (state of assignment) Experience in home health, DME, or respiratory care preferred Strong patient education skills Reliable transportation Comfortable with mobile / in-home visits
