Admissions Nurse RN or LPN Pay Range:
$45-$55 per hour
DOE Schedule:
Sunday to Tuesday 10.30am to 6.30pm total 24 hours per week RN or LPN Benefits available: Low staffing ratios Local commute Paid Sick leave Double pay when working on the observed 7 holidays Longevity bonuses Referral program The Perks at Work program employee discounts We are looking for an RN or LPN Admissions Nurse to join our growing team at Bethany at Silver Lake! This is a three day Sunday to Tuesday position. The right candidate will have previous experience as an RN or LPN, preferable admissions experience and has a current state license. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to work well in a team.
Responsibilities include:
Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of patients. Assess patients' condition. Send chart observations and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review. Administer medication as prescribed by the patient's physician. Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals. Some weekend manager duties.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's School of Nursing, or vocational nursing Current Washington state license as an RN or LPN Proof of current CPR certification Prefer Admissions/management experience Compassionate, friendly demeanor Excellent communication skills
