This opportunity is ideal for a dependable clinician who is comfortable providing resident-centered care, supporting daily nursing operations, and working closely with the care team.
Requirements:
Current, unencumbered Washington LPN/LVN license.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care and support to residents under the supervision of an RN. Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely. Monitor residents' health status, report changes promptly, and document care provided. Assist with resident assessments and care planning. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring quality resident care. Uphold resident rights, safety, privacy, and dignity in all interactions. Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Washington in good standing. Strong communication and clinical skills. Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Prior experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred.
