This is a leadership role, directly involved in hiring, training, mentoring and disciplining staff as needed in the department. The owner/ operator organization is one of the top not-for-profit providers of Senior Healthcare and Housing in the country. The campus boasts scenic views all around, overlooking both water and snowcapped peaks.
