Role Overview:
As a School Nurse (LPN) you will, provide primary health care and emergency services to students and staff, promote wellness, and serve as a health resource within the school community. This role supports student success by addressing health-related barriers to learning.
Job Details:

LPN:
@4 hours per day (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday): supporting a medically fragile preschool student; responsibilities include transportation, G-tube care, wheelchair assistance, and toileting support
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Provide first aid and emergency care. Monitor students with chronic conditions (e.

G., asthma, diabetes, seizures). Conduct contact tracing and illness follow-ups. Support individualized health plans for students with special needs. Maintain accurate student health records. Ensure compliance with state health regulations and school policies.
