School Setting; 1-1 for students. Dx includes holoprosencephaly, cerebral palsy, and a VNS seizure disorder. Requires GT feeding, GT meds, and has a VP shunt Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time school-based role for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to support a wonderful school community in a meaningful, student-focused position.

Position Highlights:

Part time,16 hours a week Start date: September 2, 2026 1-1 for ]students. Dx includes holoprosencephaly, cerebral palsy, and a VNS seizure disorder. Requires GT feeding, GT meds, and has a VP shunt Must have excellent communication and be fully committed to supporting student needs Pediatric and school nurse experience a plus! Fingerprinting, agency, and district onboarding required prior to starting Must hold an active Washington State LPN license or a compact LPN/LVN license
