Provide direct resident care, treatment, and medication to our residents. Perform an assessment evaluation and a complete in-depth physical examination using assessment techniques including observation, inspection, auscultation, percussion, and palpation. Consult with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services Maintain records of the nursing care given to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures. Identify abnormal diagnostic data and show a fundamental understanding of its implications by reporting information to the physician and others caring for the patient, and by incorporating information in the nursing care plan. What you'll need to be successful? Active LPN license in the State of Washington. Knowledge of nursing care methods/procedures and emergency care Ability to prioritize tasks/responsibilities and respond to change quickly and productively. Ability to relate effectively with residents, public, and colleagues. CPR and Basic Life Support Certification is required. Perks & Benefits Competitive wages + incentives
