Our interdisciplinary team focuses on comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients and their families during one of life's most important transitions. We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) includes $5,000 Sign on Bonus to join our hospice team, serving patients throughout King County . This role blends scheduled visits and PRN support, working closely with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure comfort-focused care.
