Shifts Available:
Day, Evening, NOC Pay Range:
$38-$43 DOE FT ONLY Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients on assigned unit administer and record medications/treatments as ordered Complete nursing assessments, evaluations, progress notes, and alert charting as necessary Educates and provides health care instructions to residents/families as necessary Collaborates with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients as necessary Communicate with Providers and nurse management regarding patients' condition, changes, medications, vitals, etc. Provide direct care to residents as needed Direct unit staff as necessary Report to direct supervisor (Unit Nurse Manager) all resident and staff issues/concerns as needed Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Qualifications and Skills:
Current and Valid LPN license Multistate licenses must be accompanied by the 6-Hour Suicide Prevention Certificate Excellent interpersonal skills Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations First aid and CPR certifications
