Job Description

ABOUT US- Westview Residential Care is a new Enhanced Services Facility (ESF) dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. As we grow, we're building a compassionate and skilled team committed to delivering the highest level of care. Join us in shaping a supportive environment where both residents and staff thrive. COMPENSATION
RNs:
$50 + per hour
DOE LPNs:
$43-$48 per hour
DOE JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. These roles are essential in providing high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, person-centered care to residents. Monitor and assess residents' health conditions. Administer medications and treatments according to care plans. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Document care and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. Educate residents and families about health management and care plans.
Qualifications:
Psych experience preferred Current and valid RN or LPN license in Washington State. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in residential or long-term care settings is a plus.

12- hour shifts
