Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RN or LPN MDS Coordinator to join our clinical leadership team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Spokane, Washington. This role is ideal for an RN who is highly organized, detail oriented, and experienced with MDS 3.0, PDPM, and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement in skilled nursing setting

Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate and complete accurate and timely MDS assessments in accordance with CMS, state and federal regulations Manage the MDS Schedule Ensure compliance with PDPM documentation requirements Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team including therapy, social services, dietary and nursing Oversees and participate in care plan development Ensure accurate clinical documentation supports ICD-10 coding Monitor quality measures and clinical indicators Support survey preparedness and respond to MDS- related deficiencies Maintain knowledge of CMS updates, PDPM changes, and MDS guidelines
Pay:
$105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
