New grads are welcomed and encouraged to apply! Looking for a couple extra shifts at a Great Facility? Come be an On-Call/PRN nurse here! Our shifts are Day shift (6 AM

• 2 PM) and Evening shift (2 PM
• 10 PM) and Noc shift (10pm-6am).

PRN opportunities are available for all shifts with shift bonuses. The Oaks at Timberline is an 85-bed skilled nursing facility located in Vancouver, Washington. Candidates should have an active LPN or RN license at the time of application. New Grads are always welcome and encouraged to apply!
