Charge Nurse:
1:19 Ideal Candidate Active LPN License Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care experience preferred Strong medication administration and documentation skills Experience caring for rehabilitation, dementia, and long-term care residents Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Comfortable working every other weekend (EOW) Responsibilities Deliver quality nursing care to long-term care and rehabilitation residents Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor resident conditions and document changes in MatrixCare Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff Promote resident safety while maintaining regulatory and facility standards Provide compassionate, resident-centered care throughout each shift Community Highlights Located in the scenic Northwoods of Wisconsin Close to hiking trails, waterfalls, rafting, and outdoor recreation Quiet, small-town community with a welcoming atmosphere Please note: Public transportation is not available This opportunity is actively interviewing qualified LPN travelers and is expected to fill quickly.
